Notice to Residents

Pet Regulations

For the convenience of all residents staying here, pets are strictly prohibited from the designated public areas i.e. Residents Lounge, Rooftop, Lobby, Guest Lift, and Corridors. Moving in and out of your pet to and from the apartment is through the basement car park using only the service elevator. Your pet must be properly leashed or carried in the arms or caged at all times. Please refer to the PET POLICY given to all pet owners.

Police Advisory (based on local authority regulations) 

1. By local law, all visitors are required to register at the front desk.
2. All guest(s) of the residents, who are staying over for one night or more in the apartment are to be registered at the front desk. After 11pm no visitors are allowed in the apartment unless registered.
3. No massage service staff is allowed in the apartment.
